Policy.
Booking
A Non-Refundable deposit is required upon booking. All booking deposits are Non-Refundable. No exceptions. Remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number that will be kept on your client file.
Late Policy
There is a 15 minute grace period for being late. More than 15 minutes late, will result in an automatic cancelled appointment. Any deposits made will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. I reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. If you do not notify me that you're running late prior to your appointment, it will result in an automatic "no call/no show" with a no call/no show fee of 50% of the service cost.
Please note that being late to your appointment reduces the time allotted for your scheduled appointment and I will not push back other clients' appointments.
No Show Policy
Please notify me prior to your appointment time if you are not going to make it or need to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in an automatic loss of deposit and "no call/no show" fee of 50% of the service cost.
No call/no shows will result in an automatic loss of deposit and a no show fee of 50% of the service cost. With no call/no shows, I reserve the right to refuse future services. *Absolutely no refunds. No exceptions. Should there be no card on file, it must be sent via Zelle.
For no call/no shows & cancellations/reschedules made within 24 hours, any prior arrangements made in regards to discounts, model discounts, promotions, etc will no longer be valid and you will be subject to standard pricing at your next appointment. *No exceptions
Refund/Cancellation/Reschedule Policies
Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled before 24 hours of your appointment through the link in your confirmation email. If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit is required.
Rescheduling or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit. If no deposit was collected or made, it will result in a rescheduling/cancellation fee of the owed deposit amount. A new deposit must be made to book a new appointment.

Failure to comply to the policy can cause your appointment to be cancelled.
Due to the tedious and extensive nature of all services, a refund will not be provided. However for lash services, if necessary, a complimentary assessment and/or removal will be provided in the event of an allergic reaction.

Confirmations/Reminders
After every booking, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us immediately. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, so please ensure that we have your current email address, phone number, and other contact information on file. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and help us serve you better by providing enough notice to avoid any cancellation fees.

Please arrive on time. You can arrive 10 minutes early. If you arrive any earlier, please text me first so I can see if I can accommodate you.
Strictly no guest(s) & pets allowed in the treatment area. They will not be accommodated.
Please come with a cleansed face & without makeup.
Dress comfortably! Suite is automatically set to 64-68°, please bring a jacket if needed.
We ask that all cell phones are on silent during your appointment.
Detailed instructions are sent 24-48 hours prior to your appointment via Email.
Payment
Remaining payment must be made in Cash/Zelle preferred on day of appointment
Credit/Debit card payments are subject to a 3.5% service fee.
Eyelash Extensions - Foreign Fills From Another Artist
Foreign Fills Accepted. Please book as Foreign Fill. Please keep in mind, I only carry 6-15mm lengths and will only apply what your natural lashes can handle. (Subject to additional charges for incorrect booking).
Fills
Fills should be 2-3 weeks apart depending on how your natural lash cycle and oil secretion is. You must have 40% of extensions left.
You are responsible to book your appointments on time to maintain your lashes, please book in advance to secure your slot.
Please note results vary as each set is customized to each client’s eye shape, natural lashes, etc.
Issues / Concerns
If you are experiencing extreme fallout right after appointment, please let us know within 48 hours and a complimentary 30 minute touch up appointment will be scheduled to address these areas of concern. Any issues beyond 3 days will no longer be complimentary and will be considered a 1 week fill touch up.
Allergic Reactions
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, we recommend seeking medical attention first and foremost. If desired or recommended by a medical professional, a complimentary removal will be provided. However, per the Refund Policy, due to the tedious and extensive nature of all services, a refund will not be provided.
